Aggie Baseball

We headed out for some Aggie Baseball at the new Blue Bell Park last Sunday family style. The outcome may not have been what we hoped for but it was a hard fought ball game, all 12 innings. We learned by the 3rd inning that entertaining a 2 1/2 year old during a ball game would be a challenge. Guess we were simply asking a little to much out of her, but we all survived. Now the real question is can we survive a Astros / Rangers game Friday night with both kids.

Uncle Randy met us for the game.

Dalton had lots of questions in the beginning.

Mallory quickly lost interest and of course the iphone soon got attention.

Food got us thru about 3 innings. They had their share of Blue Bell Ice Cream, snow cones and soda.

By the 7th inning the questions stopped, interest became boredom and focus shifted to keeping them occupied. As you can see a normal 1st game would have been manageable but we added 3 additional innings, did I mention it was HOT and the concessions closed after the 7th,  but we survived our 1st Aggie Baseball game! Maybe next time we will actually get to pay attention to half the game :)
