Santa

A few weeks back we took our annual pictures with Santa. For some reason I suspected that this year was going to be the year for tears. How could we be so lucky to have two children like Santa? Really? Don't think so. Every year since birth Dalton has NEVER shed a tear with Santa. He looks forward to sitting on his lap, telling him what he wants and then getting his candy cane. This year Dalton was no exception. He eagerly jumped on Santa's lap while Mallory was all smiles until daddy placed her on Santa's lap. That's when the tears started...real tears...she was absolutely terrified and wanted nothing to do with the man in the red suit, big belly and fuzzy beard. Dalton was a little upset that she ruined his time with Santa. Guess there is always next year.
