Friday morning started out with a costume parade for the Frisky Frogs and Bouncing Bears. Then the party moved inside to the classroom. 1st order of business was to carve the class pumpkin. There was just enough time to slide a little academic enrichment time in between pumpkin carving and the Halloween party. The kids enjoyed reading books about bats, eating their special snack and making their own special creature out of marshmallows, pretzels, icing and m&ms. The morning was wrapped up in the library with a puppet show.
