Mallory's Letter to Santa

Woohoo!! I think I have fixed my problems. It's amazing what you can do on a new browser. Get ready for some catch up blogs! In the mean time here is Mallory's letter to Santa. We are scheduled to meet the big guy Saturday afternoon for pictures and to give him our letters. Dalton has not written his yet.

We're Still Alive

For those of you wondering, yes we are still alive and yes I have lots to blog about but this dang technology is getting the best of me. I have used all my free space and need to purchase additional storage capacity. OK, no problem I have done this before. WRONG! Apparently I have used 333% of my free storage space. How is that possible? Apparently now before I can buy additional space I have to reduce my capacity. How do you do this? Delete my blogs, uh no. So I'm in a pickle. Then I thought I'll print my old ones in a blog book. Something I've always wanted to do but have not taken the time to. Well, apparently you have to have a special browser to do this and the one I have does not work! :( So for any of my followers that have some advice I would love to hear it!

3 Year Pics

It's so hard to believe in just two short days that Mallory will be THREE! Our baby girl is growing up so fast. She definitely has a mind of her own. Picking out clothes is becoming a challenge. Sorry if you happen to catch her out-n-about in something that does not quite look appropriate. It means it was one of those days where you simply pick your battle for the day and clothes was not that important. Hair has also been a challenge the last couple months. She does not like it brushed or fixed. No clips, bows or pony tails unless I can catch her in a good mood for the time being. She loves playing with her babies, reading books, puzzles, coloring and must pack a bag of goodies no matter where we are going. She also has a fascination with blankets. She has a couple favorites that must go everywhere she does. She definitely thinks she is much older than she really is. She loves to have her nails painted and I'm reminded almost daily that some polish has come off. She is almost potty trained which has been a challenge in and of itself with this strong willed little girl. We are so thankful to have her in our lives.

Oil Ranch

A few weeks back the Krause Elementary 1st graders took a field trip to Oil Ranch in Hockley, Texas. I was a bit bummed because I had a work conflict, but Ryan stepped up and was able to spend a little father/son time together.

Trick or Treat 2012

We took the kids for the 1st time house to house with some friends for some 'real' trick or treating. Mallory was not in the mood for costumes, much less going door to door for candy. We had to carry her most of the time and walk with her to the door. Dalton on the other hand thought it was the greatest thing and would run from house to house.

Our little trick or treaters for the evening sporting their A&M jersey's proudly.

An attempt at a group photo which Mallory once again wanted no part in.

Checking out the goods!
